Due to our continued business growth and plans for 2023, we have recently appointed Dan Sammut as Lead Performance Edge Coach.
Dan’s expertise in managing complex and scale projects with agility for both the RAF as a Commanding Officer and for the security of Birmingham Commonwealth Games means he brings extensive transferable experience of both the organisational skills needed to support global programmes, and using insight to help with performance outcomes. A common theme to his prior roles (which also includes almost 4 years as a Police Officer) he describes as ‘utilising and planning operations in a leadership environment’, where understanding perspectives and people really matter.
Chris Musgrove, Owner Director says ‘while working with Dan a number of years ago we recognised a skill set and attitude which, when it became apparent, we had a growing need at Performance Edge, meant we knew he’d be a great fit and addition to the team. We are confident he’ll add real value to the success of the work we are delivering both in elite sport and business environments.’
