Our point of view on teams...

Our approach to developing effective high performance teams was originally formed in 2010 and has evolved to reflect both our learnings from the elite sport and high performance teams we work with, and the changing context in which global teams operate. That’s why we use the language ‘point of view’ – it gives us space for growth and challenge.

Our ‘highly effective teams’ support has had impact for organisations as diverse as Jaguar Land Rover, Newcastle Falcons Rugby, Thomas Becket Catholic School and Wickes. It’s a robust approach that enables and empowers both every individual and the whole team to align to a common language for success, through the support and challenge of the Team Coach.

The Cost Engineering Team needed to increase their influencing skills and stakeholder awareness in promoting lower cost and supporting the business better.
