Decisions, actions and strategy in high performance environments are increasingly driven by the two lenses of technical and tactical data.
The modern world and technology has made more and more data points available, but these can mask biases, tell us what we want to see and overlook other, less tangible but vital drivers of performance.
What to expect
This Performance Hub event will look at how the data and metrics are vital, and how incorporating a human aspect as a third lens creates a more complete picture that drives and sustains performance. The day will include talks from experts in using data to drive performance and selection, including from the ECB and Performance Edge. It will also include discussions and guided activity where attendees can pool their experience and use their perspective to create shared ideas about development of talent and selection by balancing different data points.
During the event you may even have the opportunity to experience first hand the impressive training facilities so be please dress appropriately. There will be refreshments provided and networking opportunities throughout the day. Once the event closes, you are welcome to network and continue your conversation.
