His role will see him offering perspectives on the strategic direction of Leading Edge in an advisory capacity to the leadership team.
Ashton is well known to Leading Edge and many of our clients having been a regular in our Performance Hub events over the last few years bringing powerful insights from high performance sport while sharing his own experiences around diversity inclusion and belonging.
His role at Leading Edge will see him supporting our strategic direction in an advisory capacity to the leadership team.
Patrick Marr says “I first met Ashton when I worked as Mental Skills Coach with Dragons, I was struck not only by his courage to speak out on difficult issues of social injustice but also the humble and curious way he leads within the team. Ashton has helped me challenge some of my thinking and I look forward to having him around Team Green offering a fresh perspective from his experience as a high performance athlete.”
Ashton says “I’m delighted to be joining the team at Leading Edge. I have attended a number of their Performance Hub days which has provided me with insight into how they work and how effective they are at what they do. I look forward to working with the team both internally and with their highly regarded clients.’
