Less than 200 days to the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and we’re excited by the level of interest that our collaboration with TEAM GB is receiving from innovative development leaders and specialists in successful organisations throughout the UK
Team GB are synonymous with extraordinary sporting success – they’re recognised as the most loved sports team and second most loved brand. Their own journey from underachievers at Atlanta 1996 to global sporting superstars at London 2012 was incredible… then at Rio 2016, they made history by becoming the first team to improve on a home medal haul at the next Games!
Leading Edge and Team GB are working together to transfer these successes and compelling insights into the world of business. This is what TEAMEDGE is all about. The TEAMEDGE approach is unique: each module will be bespoke to every client, delivered jointly by a Leading Edge Team Coach and a Team GB Co-Facilitator, an athlete or a member of the Team GB performance/leadership staff. They’ll complement each other and bring individual experiences and expertise into the room.
