Leading Edge are thrilled to support new client SSP Group with Highly Effective Team (H.E.T.) journeys for two senior leadership teams, delivered as a blend of face-to-face and virtual.

For the first journey, which got underway in October 2021, Leading Edge are collaborating with sister company Performance Edge, who carried out decompression interviews with the senior leaders to gain deep insights to feed into the journey.

The second H.E.T journey for SSP began last month to support the Global IT Leadership Team. Mark Smith is the Chief Digital and Technology Officer and leads this globally distributed team of group and regional technology directors. His priority is for the team to go on a Highly Effective Teams journey at the highest level, and for technology within SSP Group to sit at the highest level with the C-suite, something which hadn’t previously been the case.

SSP Group is driven by technology and this programme will support the team to truly understand their purpose through developing a deeper connection and then focusing on staying connected as they return to their individual markets and challenges.

Leading Edge Team Coaches Tina Dullaghan and Annmarie Zehntner are supporting SSP’s senior leaders on their H.E.T. journeys.
