We love beginning a journey with a fantastic new client, and starting out with Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) has been no exception.

Our contacts are HR Director – Europe Michael Lynch, who used to be a client at Mars, and Aisling Zito, Vice President of HR EMEA/ASPAC at Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN). We’ve been brought in to support a Highly Effective Teams (H.E.T.) journey for Glanbia Performance Nutrition’s International Leadership Team – a diverse team that crosses 11 time zones!

We’ll be building on our connections with both sport and FMCG as part of this journey, so we’re delighted that Sarah Kelleher (former hockey international and our Client Experience Lead) is supporting as Team Coach. To strengthen the sports stimulus aspect, Leading Edge Team Coach Lizzie Simmonds (Olympian and former swimmer) and Leading Edge Performance Adviser Don Barrell (also Head of Regional Academies and Pathway for England Rugby) will share their respective Olympic and rugby stories.

Team Coach Insights

Sarah Kelleher

Leading Edge Team Coach

Glanbia’s H.E.T. journey began last month. Sarah says:

“It’s so exciting to be supporting this new team of experienced leaders as they embark on a transformational journey to drive their organisation.

Being alongside the team while they take these first steps is special, and I feel motivated by their openness to engage and build trust. They bring fantastic energy and have a natural desire to harness their diversity for the good of the international team and the organisation overall.

I love the brand’s philosophy. And, of course, the fact that Glanbia is an Irish business in a performance nutrition category certainly adds to the appeal for me! Glanbia means ‘pure food’ in Irish. This link to health and wellbeing – particularly to eating well as part of high performance – is very close to my heart and I feel very happy to be working with this team and this business.”
