We’re loving getting to know our fantastic new client urbanest who we’re supporting with a Highly Effective Teams (H.E.T.) journey supported by 1:1 coaching.

Their sector is student accommodation… but this is London student accommodation with a difference, and we’re thrilled to be working with this vibrant and ambitious organisation. A tailored H.E.T. journey will focus on energising and further uniting the Property Management team through a shared purpose and renewed collaboration. With a one-team mentality, the focus for this growing group will be to use their strong individual performances as a foundation for overall growth, of both the team and the business.

Following virtual discovery sessions within urbanest at the end of 2020, Leading Edge Team Coaches Lizzie Simmonds and Clare Burgum are finalising programme design, ready to start a team journey, which will see them working with both the team and the team’s leaders to achieve the outcomes.
