Driving powerful conversations to support tailored client service

It’s always interesting to support a rapidly growing organisation, so we’re delighted to share that Leading Edge are working with exciting new client AND Digital and its Client Partnership Team.

With a brief to bring out courage and collaboration as part of a wider development piece, Leading Edge Team Coach Dan Holt is designing and delivering two face-to-face sessions this month for 30 team members.

The sessions are themed around human connections – and how important these are for having powerful conversations, gathering information and building strong client relationships quickly.

This focused activity will support the Client Partnership Team’s ability to provide more tailored client service by initiating great conversations with a view to recommending the right service solution.

Leading Edge Team Coach

Leading Edge Team Coach Dan Holt is facilitating the sessions with AND Digital. He says:

“As a relatively young business, AND Digital is on a growth journey and seeking development opportunities for its people to support them with strong client service delivery.

Having spent some time with the Client Partnership Team already, I can see that they really believe in what they’re doing and are excited by both the company they work for and the industry they work in. For a Team Coach, that’s a brilliant foundation for development.

The company is dedicated to supporting its people to be the best they can be and, by doing so, enable them to have great conversations with clients that result in the best outcomes for them. This is an exciting organisation and team to be involved with, and I’m looking forward to seeing growth and development through these face-to-face sessions.”
