What we are looking for
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Client Support Coordinator to join our growing team to provide support as part of the Operations team
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is comfortable with dealing with uncertainty, self-motivated and able to maximise the opportunities that working in this flexible environment will bring.
No two days are the same, but general responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining records on our CRM and Proposals system
- Administering the client work from proposal through to contract, through to invoice
- Ensuring the client facing team have everything they need for an amazing client experience – including the creation of joining instructions, handouts and sourcing of materials
- Liaising with our client managers, consultants and clients
