The fabulous Lumina Spark app has been put to great use again! The app enables delegates to scan each other’s Lumina Spark ‘splashes’ and compare them on their phone/tablet screens.
Last week, two of our Team Green coaches facilitated a large group with the objective of improving cross-functional relationships. Everyone received 1:1 telephone feedback on their Lumina Spark profile before the event and was encouraged to download the Spark app.
Pokémon meets the Splash app! The group were challenged to collect (scan in) as many of their colleague’s splashes as possible during the course of the day in a Pokémon style competition (with theme music to boot!). Having colleague’s splashes available to compare with their own gives people the chance to see where they have similar personality preferences (and so are likely to connect) and where there are differences (and there may be challenges).
These conversations were facilitated during a ‘Knowing Me / Knowing You’ speedating activity which gave everyone the chance to develop relationships through sharing key strengths and watchouts.
