Leading Edge recruits Kara Ayley as new Client Manager

..As such, we firmly believe that great partnerships start with great relationships. To help support us in further developing our amazing relationships with existing and new partners, we’re delighted to announce that Kara Ayley is joining Leading Edge’s Leadership Team today as Client Manager.

Alongside Gabi and Janine, our existing Client Managers, Kara will manage a portfolio of our fantastic clients, working in partnership with them to shape and deliver the best creative, sustainable solutions to drive their business forward.

kara-ayley Kara joins us from Tyco Fire and Security, where she’s worked for the last eight years. For the past two years she’s been in a global Organisational Development role and prior to that, their Head of Organisational and People Development for the UK and Ireland.
Having spent the last 20 years in OD, she brings with her a wealth of experience in: Management and Leadership development, Sales development, Employee Engagement, Coaching, Change Management, Customer Service, Culture Change, High Potential/Talent Management.
