We’re delighted to support our client TUI with a tailored programme around cultural change that will touch 120 senior leaders and their teams working within TUI North Region Airlines (UK/Nordics).
The travel and tourism sector is going through significant change, and as one of the major brands within the industry, TUI Group worldwide is undergoing its own transformation. For the Senior Leadership Team within TUI North Region Airlines, the focus is increased agility and collaboration, becoming change agents to steer this transformation smoothly for leaders and teams.
Leading Edge have been engaged to support TUI with a 12-month event-based programme around the key components of change, with learnings from high performance organisations and sport driving outcome-focussed activities.
With more than 12,000 employees helping six million holidaymakers to visit 80+ worldwide destinations each year, TUI is the UK’s leading travel brand. It combines all the elements of a memorable holiday with personal service, whether customers are booking through the website, in store, using the app or speaking to a colleague in its contact centre.
Keeping ahead of the travel industry and providing the service and experience that backs up the company’s ‘Discover your smile’ mission is a key focus. In a constantly changing and highly competitive sector such as travel and tourism, it’s the people who make the difference – TUI has been voted the ‘World’s Best Leisure Airline’ at the World Airline Awards for five years running.
Under the direction of new CEO Dawn Wilson, the organisation is investing in its people with this year-long cultural change programme.
