This month, Leading Edge is excited to be supporting a new client, The Go-Ahead Group, with the delivery of bite-size sessions during its focussed learning and development weeks, driven by the Group’s desire to ignite the spark for development in its teams. We’ve designed and will deliver three interactive 90-minute sessions at these day-long events, which take place in both Newcastle and London office locations.
We’re delighted to be working with Go-Ahead: their approach to learning and development is organisation-wide, with the purpose of the weeks being to enable every team member to experience motivational L&D sessions that showcase and inspire fresh focus.
The themes we’ll be bringing to life through interactive sessions are: creating the environment for success; innovate or get left behind; and creating world-class teams.

Team Coach Insights
Leading Edge Team Coach Mike McLellan is supporting Go-Ahead with the delivery of these bite-size sessions. He’s collaborating with fellow Team Coach John ‘Fletch’ Fletcher, who will bring learnings from high-performance sport into the mix, adding a different perspective to the world of business. Mike gives some thoughts ahead of the first session:
“I always love the opportunity to work with – and learn from – other Leading Edge Team Coaches. Having Fletch in the room and collaborating with him to deliver motivational and interactive learning experiences for Go-Ahead team members really excites me.
It’s fantastic that these learning and development weeks are open to everyone across the organisation. The mix of level and experience in the room will present us as Team Coaches with the important challenge to pitch the inspiring activities at the right level for the right people.
