Ian Shreeve – Director of Training
Ian believes training is about "creation not consumption", as Director of Training he focuses primarily on the quality of our training, the experience each of our delegates gets and most importantly the learning they achieve. Whether it’s a one off team day or an international programme stretching over a year we strive for the same quality of trainer, content and delivery.

Peter Abrahamson - Finance Director
Peter is a qualified accountant who has worked in senior financial positions for a number of leading UK companies. Acting as the Finance Director, Peter works closely with Patrick on Leading Edge’s financial strategy, and also supports René on the day to day accounts. He has even been known to have loosened his tie once...
René Everett - Finance Controller
René looks after the pennies, she believes accounts is as much about relationships as about numbers and is always keen to work with each client to create the smoothest administration processes that works for you.
Jo Munn - Training Co-ordinator
Jo keeps us all in order, (she tells us it’s a bit like herding kittens!). Planning is everything and Jo ensures we do what we said we’d do and when we said we’d do it! Jo lives to our aspiration of being the Perfect Partner and will always find a solution to any bumps in the road with the minimum of fuss.
