We love it when delegates take a concept or an idea and really own it for themselves.
Last week we supported the 120 members of the Mars Petcare global leadership team in Madrid. We introduced them to Dannemillar’s Change Equation and it really resonated for many of them as we explored the agenda over 3 days.
So much so that during dinner on the second night, delegates surprised us all with a YMCA style recreation of the equation (much harder than we’d probably imagine!) …..
Love the fact that the delegates had chosen to find their own physical mnemonic for what at first sight may have seemed a dry, theoretical concept … But one which our whole team love to bring to life!
Think we can certainly say that we’ve ‘left a footprint’.
